Crochet Pattern – The Marian Scarf

Description The piano/harp teacher needed an appreciation gift, so I created this scarf for her, and named it after her. She let us know that she wears it when she practices her harp because the room is cool – a better condition for the harp. It also looks fabulous with her black symphony dress. About the crochet pattern: SIZE: This pattern creates a scarf that is approximately 6 inches tall and 50″ in circumference. Instructions given in pattern for how to increase or decrease the size of the finished scarf. SKILL LEVEL: Beginner- you need just a little crochet experience. TERMINOLOGY: This pattern is written in American Crochet terms. MATERIALS NEEDED: You’ll need an K Crochet hook and 2 balls of your favorite worsted weight yarn. I used Wool-Ease for the pictured scarf – a wool blend.
