TESSA – Wooden Bandeau Headband Hat Block

This is a beautifully rounded 3D bandeau-style headband hat block. Both the front and reverse sides of the block are smoothly curved, creating a refined and balanced shape. The block is 13cm (5⅛”) wide at the base and 3.5cm (1⅜”) thick at the top, giving you a slightly deeper silhouette than our Beatrice block — perfect for creating statement headpieces with elegant volume that still sit comfortably on the head.Choose this hat block if you’d like to make wide 3D headbands or bandeau bases for modern millinery designs.
